Setup was simple, video quality is good. I thought the only problem was occasionally having to reset the date. Unfortunately, after an accident I found the whole memory was full without warning. It had chosen to save various clips many years old despite me turning the g sensor off. My partner has the same one but it has been good for her. Hard to trust it no though.

I have to manually format memory card every time.

A: Mine is not working right either, it should not be doing that, return it. Mine is filling the card and not erasing it so I have to pull the card, erase it and then put it back in which is not right. I am returning mine next time I am at canadian tire.

A: Hi Tim, Yes, this dash camera has loop recording function, it records even after memory is full by overwriting the old files.
