Do not buy

I bought this last week to get a scratch of of my fridge
I did everything the directions said & the scratch was removed however the last item was to buff the scratch 3 or 4 inches on each side of the scratch to work in in
We’ll now I have scuff marks that show much more than my scratch did
When I phoned about it the rep told me to put mineral oil on the scuffs & leave it overnight
It helped a little but the scuffs are still there
I wish I had never tried to remove the scratch
No, I do not recommend this product.

Had a small scuff on a brand new stainless stove and the kit worked flawlessly! Was very nervous reading other reviews, but turned out great. Glad we tried it.

Read the instructions before you buy

The instructions are full of "IMPORTANT NOTICES". This product is not for DIYers or, as far as I can tell, pretty much anyone. It took a LOT of work to even get it looking like it wasn't a complete hack, but I'm still not satisfied--this is the front surface of a stainless steel appliance. I'm ending up replacing the scratched part (at a significant cost).

The scratches were severe. Need to include more lube, cloth was a bit small . Results were better than expected but for this size situation could have used more in the kit Should have a Tube of liquid scratch remover ? as a step, and then a tube of polish to finish

Did a very nice job removing some scratches on the refrigerator. My only complaint is the lubricant packet. Hard to put drops on the pad when it spill out all over the place. Very hard to control. I would pay more for the kit if it had a small dropper bottle. It would make it much easier to use but this kit does work. Maybe not quite brand new but very good improvement. I would recommend and use again.
