Broken when purchased

Was clearly opened before we purchased it and it was broken. Within a day, I saw one available on the website (was 0 after purchased) and I’m guessing it was the same broken one again

SAFE & SECURE FOR DOGS ALSO!

Following one of my Dachshund siblings required emergency disk/back surgery and needed to be limited for mobility and free movement during the 3 - 4 month healing process. The pen was an ideal means of placing large doggie beds and keeping her on soft & clean "bedding"

No replacement parts and the manufacturer explicitly states Canadians must pay for shipping and duties for THEIR defective product under warranty
