Any washer fluid with water repellent is bad news. It makes your wipers skip and streak. The basic blue stuff is best.

One of the worst winter washer fluids I have used.

"Tested for life in Canada" -- really? Perhaps the product I purchased was defective -- but it was terrible. At -5, if you squirt it on a clean windshield, you can see it freezing on the screen. As for "De-Icer", it just adds to the ice. After I tried it, I thought perhaps I bought summer so I checked the label again -- nope -- it was the this version. I am draining it out so I can return to my regular brand.
