Does a great job

It does a fantastic job at clearing snow and ice. I usually use the "foam" part, which I find does the best job.
It telescopes to a great length, which is obviously a nice feature.
The light in the ice scraper portion, in my opinion, doesn't make sense, as I don't really see a use for it.
I would definitely recommend it!

A: Thanks for your inquiry, DianaJ. The LED light comes preinstalled into the scraper head of the snow brush and can be turned on by pressing directly on it.

A: Thanks for your inquiry, Jazira. The main blade is made of EVA, while the bristles are made of polypropylene. When used properly, neither will scratch your vehicle.

Q: How do I replace the batteries in the Reflex Ice telescopic snow broom that has the LED light in the ice chisel?

A: Thanks for your inquiry, Eric. Use a small Phillips head screwdriver to remove the cover on the rear of the scraper. Once removed, the entire LED unit can be removed. Unscrew the button end of the LED unit and replace with a LR44 button cell battery. Reinstall as found and you'll be ready for the next snowy morning!

Q: Whether the plastic head is also scratch resistant, I mean it wont be scratching my windshield while I take off ice from it?

A: The plastic head will not scratch your windshield. It must be held at an angle and used to scrape the layer of ice off your windshield.
