Does what it should. Costs a little more than other converters but in the long run I think its worth it. I pull mutiple different utility trailers with multiple different wire connectors on them so this just makes things simple when pulling multiple trailers in one day. It has a little switch under it so I guess so if the trailer is wired one way or another you can still get all the lights to work as they should by just flipping the switch one way or the other. It appears to ne built really well and I expect to get almost a lifetimes worth of service out of it as long as I dont forget it somewhere or accidentally drive over it. And if I did Id gladly buy this same one again.
