Good but with issues

Great finish, does the job but it has issues. First one is that the label is almost impossible to get off. The second is that it is not super tight in the receiver. I had to buy an anti-rattle clamp for it.

This is great, they put thought into the design so if you use their balls it helps hold it in place when tightening unlike other balls that are round at the bottom.

Pretty Discreet Piece of Kit.

Pretty discreet tongue. Doesn't look out of place on the vehicle and does the job perfectly. The recess on side helps stabilize the ball so that only one tool is required to apply torque. It can, of course, be inverted to give the hitch a slight lift as opposed to a drop.
