Terrible repair experience

We bought this bike, and right after getting home we realized the brakes were defective. We returned it for repair, but it has now been more than 10 days with no update or communication at all. This is really frustrating — we expected much better service from Canadian Tire. If something as simple as a brake issue takes this long to fix, it really makes you think twice before buying again.

Great bike

I cannot remember the gentleman's name who helped me, Im terrible with names. But I believe it was Dan, or Dave? And he got the bike down for me and said it was a good height for my son and my son loves the bike. I'll have to purchase a kickstand for it as that's the only accessory I dont have. The guy suggested I have a good bike lock and recommended a few other things but the bike was all I was after that day. How's very helpful professional and knowledgeable about the bike. Thank you.

Q: Is this a kids or adult bike? The description says kids/youth but the specs say 18+? I bought this for a child for Christmas because of your product description. Now I'm worried I was misled. Youth bikes have smaller handle bars and top tubes. Does this?

Q: What is the top tube dimension on this bicycle. What height is it appropriate for? What is the frame size?

A: 20in BMX bikes typically use the same size for all riders. The nature of BMX riding requires smaller frames for clearance and maneuverability. The top tube length is the key dimension. A 50.9cm top tube would be right for riders about 4’8” and taller.
