Product Details

Red Line's WaterWetter Super Coolant is an innovative coolant additive designed to enhance cooling system performance in modern passenger vehicles. By improving wetting ability, it allows water to more effectively contact hot metal surfaces, decreasing engine temperature by up to 20 degrees. Though safe for aluminum, cast iron, copper and brass, this coolant also provides corrosion protection equal to glycol antifreezes. With the ability to reduce coolant temperatures without lowering them below the thermostat's control point, WaterWetter engine coolant allows your engine to run cooler while avoiding overcooling.

Q: Can I add it to my stock coolant on a 2022 klr650 ?

A: The WaterWetter would certainly be suitable and compatible, for smaller cooling systems the mix ratio is about an ounce per quart of coolant capacity, the coolant capacity is listed as 1.6 quarts, 1.5 to 2 ounces of WaterWetter would be recommended. There wouldn’t be any concern adding WaterWetter to a motorcycle cooling system.

Q: Why is this not available in any Winnipeg stores? The same can be asked for many products, but lets just start with this one. I find myself more and more having to get everything off online services because local Winnipeg stores have nothing.
