We really like it but we have only owned it for 5 months and the base has fallen apart. I had expected the metal frame to last much much longer.

Front piece broke

This is a great game for the kids and they enjoyed it but the front piece of the game snapped so it now rests on the floor. Hoping to contact the company and get the two replacement parts to fix it. Easy to put together.

Picked this up on sale just before Christmas, easy to assemble and great entertainment for the kids in the basement. Very sturdy, different game modes to play, not sure if the balls are slowly leaking or not.

Q: How high are the rims from the ground? I have 7’ ceilings in my basement. The unit would fit but would 7’ be too low of a ceiling height to play this game? Thanks

A: Rims are 5'4" high from floor. Its doable but I personally think 7' ceiling is too low to play. I like to take a bit of a higher shot so I'd hit the roof doing so. Also sometimes we play H.O.R.S.E. and taking longer shots etc and I end up hitting my 8' ceiling sometimes

Q: How easy is it to fold and unfold? Does it require more than 1 person? Will it ruin the structure if folding daily?

A: It is EASY to Fold and Unfold - BUT, I would say 2 people would be the best for doing this. ONLY, because you wouldn't it to bend or 'maybe' twist too much. And then, Folding and Unfolding Daily should NOT be an issue either. WE do LOVE this Game. *** Note - she is tall when up. Put it together where you want to use it. It would be awkward to move it afterwards.

Q: I just set up the Rec Tek MVP basketball arcade and the scorer is not working with either batteries or AC adapter. Are there fuses or an on off switch on the scorer itself, the controller is not operating it.

A: The on and off switch is there it’s the farthest left button of the 4 buttons at the front. Make sure the scorer is actually plugged in properly and click the on switch.
