Only lasted just over a year plus was door sensor was always acting up. Complete waste of money!

Randomly Stopped Working

My partner and I purchased this microwave when we moved into our new apartment 7 months ago. We constantly had issues with the clock not matching the actual time.. but no big deal, we just bought a new clock for our kitchen. Then, while trying to make popcorn, our unit just.... stopped working. Went completely dark. Tried unplugging and plugging it back in, nothing. Thought it was the breaker that was maybe tripped since our fridge is on the same circuit so I plugged my phone in to see if it charged and lo and behold, a charge.
This microwave was good while it lasted, but randomly broke for no reason at all, so it still gets only one star from me. Luckily we bought this on sale, but money still wasted. Will not be exchanging for another one.

Stopped working

I bought this microwave and it stopped working after a year or so. Terrible purchase. You can find amazing ones for the same price ranges. The keypad does not work.

door switch started acting up within a month of purchase, by 4 months it was done. Timer would count down, nothing would happen last RCA I'll ever buy Cheaply made door switch for sure.
