Q: How do you get the battery in with the white attachment under seat! We can’t fit it all in and screw it down.

A: Open the battery cover. Install the new battery pack with correct polarities as shown inside the battery compartment. Then close the battery cover, then tighten the screws on the battery cover. See images below.

Q: Is the RC Snowmobile meant for use in the snow?

A: It can be used in light snow as well as pavement. It comes with two sets of front ski’s to facilitate both surfaces.

Q: Is the 6.4 volt battery suppose to come with the skidoo? We bought one for our little one for Christmas and when he opened it this morning there was no battery. He was pretty disappointed he couldn’t use the skidoo that Santa brought him ☹️
