Good bike, my son is happy with it ! He tried the other ones in the store and was falling down. With this one he rides without any issues. The only cons is that is more expensive than others, but you get what you paid for !!!

Q: Are the handle bars on this model adjustable? And if so, how?

A: Yes to a point. They adjust the same as any full sized bike. 4 Allen bolts hold the bars to the stem and the levers are also adjustable.
