The Raleigh Dual Pannier Bike Bag features a set of innovative clip-on quick-release mounting clamps to allow for quick attachment and removal of the bags. Both of the included Raleigh bike bags boast an 11 lb (5 kg) capacity for carrying, allowing you to load them up with smaller objects on a longer bike ride. If you need additional protection from the weather, rain covers are also included for both. If multiple containers that can carry water bottles, phones, and other objects while you ride is what you’re looking for, these saddle bags are sure to serve you well.

Q: Will these be good to transport a laptop (will it keep it's shape, or will it sag)? Thanks!!

A: There are supporting panels for the bag back, bottom and two sides. The bag will not sag. But there is no internal laptop pocket. It is recommended to use laptop sleeve if you want to put the laptop inside the pannier bag.

Q: Will these fit on a rack with 16/17mm rails?

A: These may fit since they come with clip adaptors. They’re great quality for the price. Snap on and off easily and hold a lot of “stuff”. They don’t interfere with peddling. Highly recommend trying them out. If they don’t fit return policy is terrific.
