Firstly you need to bear in mind this is likely one of the cheapest tile saws in the market (should get one star for affordability). Water reservoir is very efficent and very easy to fill it in, just lift the panel and pour water! It does not really splash as much as some of the more expensive machines. More importantly in spite of what they have written on its description I used the existing blade to cut porcelain tiles with no problem at all. Another positive point about this machine was the cut margins which were so smooth that you could not easily recognize them from the side cut by manufacturing company. Just to let you know I am a DIY man with little experience in using these machines (I usually use tile cutters and angle grinder); however as a first time user this machine really impressed me.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Not very good

Bought this because of the guide on it but it was flimsy and kept moving, plus the tile kept getting caught on the saw guard every time I did a cut. Overall not very good and I ended up throwing it to the side and borrowed a good one from a friend.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Procure device in Sale. 1- After two tiles cuts, motor jam, look at engine find out support bolts loose up, jam blade, tight them up. 2-The device has poor reviews, so questions salesman, he told me it tend to vibrate a lot, he was right, I mounted it on a Sear portable bench, clamping it, to alleviate this issue, after this I was able to complete my small job. Even did a few difficult cuts. It does (has stated in some reviews) chip the tiles, but if blade is tight, for most weekend job the chips are acceptable. 3- Always check the blade (machine off, disconnected) before each cut to ensure that blade it is still mounted tight. Blade tend to loose up and chip more.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Good price Great saw

Bought this saw to replace one I had recently purchased to do my floor tile.Previous saw would not cut more than 10 inches before tile would jam or cut uneven. The Qep saw was only a quarter of the price.I find saw to be quieter than metal made saws, cuts reasonably fast and straight.I am cutting 36 inch tile and length wise it will cut square the full distance. Plastic guide could be better, works ok , nice to have measurement on both sides to keep square. One thing I find I am always picking saw up on hinged side and spilling water. Should have a latch to hold it down. I find off /on switch not to be user friendly.I am not a tile layer but have done over 10000 sq ft of my own tile and wish I would have found this saw sooner.I would recommend this saw for sure. For the money you can't beat it.
