The PUR® 12 gpm Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection Water Treatment System provides an effective and environmentally friendly method for disinfecting the entire water supply in your home or cottage. This UV Water Purification system is tested and certified against NSF/ANSI Standard 55 Class B to ensure safe and superior water disinfection. The naturally safe UV lamp destroys 99.99% of harmful microbial bacteria as well as viruses, including E. coli without the use of any chemicals. The compact axial flow design ensures improved water disinfection. The long-life UV lamp is quality made in the USA and the exclusive VuCapTM design allows you to see the UV lamp working. After one year of operation, the electronic controller, with a countdown timer, is designed with an audible and visible alarm to remind you when it is time to change the UV lamp. The system is easy to service and requires very little maintenance. Rest assured that this PUR® UV water Purifier & disinfection system is easy to install and includes the necessary mounting and assembly hardware.
