Q: Hi there, I have 2012 mitsubishi rvr gt. I was looking for a k and n oil filter. Which filter is good for it and when I need to change if I put k and n oil filter like the miles.
3 years agoA: Hi, for oil change I use the silver series filter on my BMW every 5000 o 6000 km with no issues. However, you should always follow your car manufacturer's recommendations for the oil change intervals.

Q: Will this fit a motorcycle Hi, I wanted to know if this will work for 2006 suzuki GZ250. I tried using the auto selector but it does not have an option for motorcycles. Thank you.
12 years agoA: K&N has a specific line up for motorcycles and atvs. They are specifically designed for motorcycles and would not stray into oil filters for larger vehicles. They have chrome ones for your motorcycle aswell.

Q: Can these filters be used for extended oil change intervals? Comparing to the Fram or Mobil 1 extended performance products available which are designed for 20,000km-24,000km intervals.
6 years agoA: K&N Performance Gold are tested to perform for OE recommended oil change intervals. K&N does not make a performance claim beyond meeting OE recommended oil change interval. The filter is specifically designed for high contaminant capture, while providing a high flow rate for the oil, and is designed to perform in high stress applications, like performance driving or towing large loads.
