Cycle like a pro with the Studio Bike Pro C22 stationary exercise bike from ProForm. The Studio Bike Pro C22 comes ready to connect with iFIT. Unlock a vast library of live and on-demand video workouts from the 22” HD Touchscreen. Your Pro C22 comes ready for cross-training. With a tilting design, the touchscreen can be moved so you can follow workouts from off the bike. With an included 30-day iFIT Family membership, you’ll find yourself looking forward to workouts on your bike. Ride with virtual classmates as your iFIT Trainer motivates you and keeps you on pace. Train across all seven continents in Global Workouts. With iFIT, your trainers will adjust your bike’s resistance to keep pace and mimic real-world terrain. However you use iFIT, personal training is built in to take the guesswork out of working out. Whenever you need, you can manually adjust your bike using 24 levels of resistance. Just push the button, and your bike does the work of changing resistance for you. Get some extra resistance during your cardio with two included 3-pound dumbbells. Built-in 2-inch speakers allow you to follow workouts with premium audio. Connect your own Bluetooth headphones if you need to keep your workout to yourself. The Pro C22 uses SMR Silent Magnetic Resistance, so don’t sweat what others might hear while you ride. Enabled for ActivePulse, your Pro C22 can monitor and use your heart rate. Connect an external monitor (sold separately), and your bike can automatically adjust the intensity of your workouts. Try iFIT’s SmartBeat monitor to help you end the days of working too hard or too little when you train.

Thank you for your feedback regarding our Pro C22 bike. We are sorry for the condition that your bike arrived in, it is very uncommon to receive a unit that looks like it has been previously opened.
To activate your iFIT trial period, feel free to head to iFIT.com where you can quickly sign up for your free trial.
We recently released a new update called Night Mode which allows users to leave their unit on and Night Mode will dim the screen to prevent any damage. Your bike will need the newest update for this feature. This will allow you to more quickly and easily start your workouts.

Q: Can I use the bike without the video software? Can I just run my own desired speed and measure calories and distance? I'm not a fan of the whole video thing. Please let me know
