I have only had the product a week and it has been used once. It charged my phone from stone dead to 98%. Given the price and the small size I thought that was pretty good.

Q: How do we charge this powerpack?

A: It is charged by using one of the USB and or micro-USB interface. This plugs into your PC. There is also a seperate wall adapter that can be purchased.

Q: can it charge an iPad?

A: The Powerocks White Portible Power Pack uses a standard USB so it does have the ability to charge an IPad. However, using an IPad is not recommended as the 3000 mAh battery is designed more for smartphones and mp3 player sized devices. It will still charge an IPad, just slower and not as much.
