The product was great and the online/store pickup was convenient however, when at the store to pickup the items there was a bag missing out of the large order that I made. I checked the items while in store indicated to Matt your salesman at the Party City Bel Air and he literally sighed and began to count all the items by slapping them down on the counter. I get that it's a pain to recheck an order but it was wrong and his attitude was not customer service friendly.

If I had known the cups came with lids I would not have ordered so many lids. But I'll keep them just in case.
