Used this product before. Great for water features, safe for fish and plants . Expands to fill spaces. Sticky enough before it hardens to keep rocks and pebbles in place despite runningcwater

A: I used it in the spring, on my Koi pond. No issue with the fish or the lillies this year. I did make sure it was dry and cured before restarting the water fall.

Q: Can I use this to seal up a 1cm hole in the pond’s plastic liner?

A: I don't think so, it is an expanding foam used to seal spaces between rocks in your handshaking. I used waterproof gorilla tape to repair my liner.

Q: Does it expand as much as other "standard" foams, like great stuff? Thinking about using it for an aquarium background, adding rocks and plants.

A: Yes it does expand considerably. Wear gloves as this stuff is very hard to remove if it dries on your hands.
