The Polar Bear Wheel Masking Cover fits rims up to 20 inches and can be used on the wheel while on or off the car. For use “ON THE CAR” wrap the cover around the tire and tuck it behind to cover the brake parts if its an open spoke type rim. Put the 8 cards in the place shown on the image packaging to keep the wheel cover in place. The wheel cover can be spread out to cover the cars body and held in place by painters tape (not included) to stop paint overspray from getting on the car body. For use “OFF THE CAR” use the cards, or deflate the tire and tuck the elastic between the wheel and the tire using a flat head screwdriver.
