The drum auger features a drive shaft that connects to your power hand drill for extra strength to clear stubborn blockages in sinks, showers and tub drains. The 25-ft (7.62 m) flexible snake is wound inside a rugged polymer housing equipped with a handle and crank. Drum Auger disappoints

Drum for drill attachment skips even at low RPM's. The auger end is wound tight and did not grab anything. Pushing the cable back into the drum manually was not a smooth operation.

They shipped a different product than the one specified - called CraftZone - same product number - not the same product - inferior features. There should be a law against the bait and switch
