Q: Can this be used for potable water feed line? What is the material inside the braided steel pipe? does it contain rubber?

A: This pipe is designed for a kitchen faucet supply, so I’m going to guess it’s OK for potable water. I put mine in some time ago, so I can only hope is isn’t leaching poison.

A: Most likely no！ This hose is for faucets using 1/2-in connector. Most of the toilet fill valve/ballcock tubes in the Cdn. market take 7/8-in connectors. Look under “toilet water supply hose/connector”.

Q: I think I need to replace my kitchen faucet hose. I believe it is a Moen. Not sure if there is a generic hose that can will work as a replacement. Also do the hoses come with the white screen and "O" ring?
