Very sturdy and safe!

This is an amazing trampoline! It comes in two fairly heavy boxes and has a lot of parts and pieces. The instructions are detailed enough if you spend time and read them carefully putting this thing together is not difficult just time consuming. I’m a professional mechanic and it still took me a couple hours. The most difficult part to set up is the net enclosure as it takes 2 adults minimum to set up. The only part I wish they changed is how the netting attaches to the base. It’s just 2 long pieces of string that you have to lace up and down to tie it all together, it could have been made with clips as the string is not easy to use at all, that’s really the only flaw in my opinion. Otherwise it’s very well built, sturdy, has plenty of padding and looks to be extremely safe. The kids love it and have been bouncing on it for hours every day for weeks!

Set it up about 10 days ago. Took my husband and father in law a couple of ours to set it up. Seems very safe and secure. 6 year old son has been loving it so far!

Bought this for our kids who have been begging for a trampoline for years. The instructions were not the greatest, but it was very easy to figure out without them easy to put up and take down. And for the price, it’s really a great product. Seems very safe compared to others.

Great trampoline for my three kids under 8. It took quite awhile to set up, but it’s sturdy and less of an eyesore than the cheap ones that everyone has. The netting is also stronger and the cord that connects the net to the border is tighter. Really happy with the purchase.

Q: Would you be able to use the "springfree' basketball hoop with this trampline? I don't know how the springfree bball hoop connects to the netting so just curious if anyone knows if that bball net would be compatible with this trampoline, thank you.

Q: Does anyone know the height from the ground to the mat ? For purposes of sourcing a ladder that will fit. And not the plum one cause it gets very bad reviews. Also any recommendations for a sunshade. Wish this one came with one like the 10ft plum does

A: From the ground to the top of the safety pad (ring of padding around the outside that covers the springs) is 3 feet.

A: Thank you for your question, both the 2G and 3G enclosure separate the jumper from the springs and frame parts ensuring safe play at all times. the 3G enclosure also has a curved design to maximize bounce space.

Q: Is the maximum weight for all occupants as a whole or individual bouncer. Seems like under 200 lbs is low for multiple jumpers.

A: I haven't taken a look at this particular feature but I jumped on it the other with two of my daughters and all together we may be 250 lbs and I think we were at the limit of what this Trampo can take. Other than that I have to say that I am 100% satisfied.

Q: Can the trampoline stay outside in the cold winter time? Or it needs to take down a Every winter?

A: The Plum Trampoline can stay outside in the cold winter although we would recommend you store it if possible. Ensure you remove the enclosure and make sure the base is located somewhere where high winds can not lift it off the ground.
