Missing storage pouch, ladder quality just ok

I didn’t receive the storage pouch - which was a huge part of my decision to purchase this particular set - despite the item number on the box matching the item number online. The ladder is just ok, but definitely not worth the full price. I probably would’ve returned this, but didn’t realize the storage pouch was missing until the ladder was already together.

Ladder is great but didn’t come with storage pouch advertised

So far we are loving the ladder for our 5 year old to have much easier access to the trampoline, but we didn’t get the storage pouch they advertised with this product which kind of sucks as that’s part of the reason we bought it. The anchors seem to be doing their job so far, however we haven’t had any crazy weather since putting up the trampoline this year so only time will tell.

Yes, I recommend this product.
