Great purchase! Amazing product

We chose this trampoline over the other styles as it was black and chic for the back yard as oppose to the standard ones with blue . The black was a great choice we have had so many comments on it , even other kids saying "mom - dad I want this one ". It took about 2.5 hours to assemble and I would suggest a skilled assembler to do so. Moves around the yard easily for cutting grass also. Comes with accessories to cover the top during away time and full cover for winter . Great purchase - high quality . Weight limit is 175lbs max keep in mind .

Safer Net of plum trampoline

The only complaint I have is the safety net. It would have been easier if it had hooks to hook onto trampoline. Instead of threading/sewing the safety net through the loops. This was the most complicated and time consuming part of setting up the trampoline

It’s terrible

Not great quality. The net is even worse. Was a nightmare to assemble. The net is already stretched out and flapping. The metal ring around the top of the net keeps popping out. I really hate it. But you get what you pay for, I guess.

We are extremely happy with this trampoline. Well constructed and good quality.
I am also very pleased with the service at Sault Ste Marie store. There are always lots of employees to help you and if they do t know how to assist they find someone for you. I exchanged one trampoline for the larger size and everyone from the service desk to the fellows who loaded it into my vehicle were friendly and professional. I will always go to CT first before any competitors

Don't buy this one

Buy the better trampoline... as much as the solar cover is cool it's a pain as you have to take it down when it rains. The netting has to be stitched into the base of the trampoline when you are setting it up. Our trampoline mat has a hole in it after 3 weeks and the whole trampoline which took 4+ hours needs to be disassembled and the new one reassembled.

A: It comes with a useless handle, but you can save some energy by using or buying a ratchet strap.

Q: What is the size of the jumping pad (or the length of the spring and I can subtract 2x from size of frame). Trying to decide between 10' and 12' (would prefer to take up less yard space, but just depends if 10' ends up being more like 8.5 jumping space)

A: The jumping area is about 8 feet with approx 1 foot of springs on either side.

Q: What's the average weight someone really puts on it? That weight rating is so low I wouldn't be able to go on it myself, let alone with one of my kids. If I have two 80-pound kids that's almost the max rating, seems unreasonable. Makes me not want to buy!

A: For safety and testing requirements all trampolines are marked with only one jumper at a time as use by more than one person at the same time can result in serious injuries. The weight limit is also part of that testing and all 10ft trampolines including the Plum Magnitude Springsafe Trampoline with Shade must be marked with the 175lb / 80kg weight limit. All Plum Play's trampolines are fully tested to the relevant Canadian regulations and we follow these regulations strictly to ensure the safety of our customers.

Q: Bought one recently. The Velcro straps in the net are on the inside. Cannot figure how to tie the net to the rods or how to fix it. Is it a manufacturing defect?

Q: How easy would it be to remove the safety enclosure? Typically we don't jump with one bit in certain circumstances I can see how it would be useful.

Q: Is the maximum weight capacity really only 176 lbs? That seems awfully low.

A: Probably more of a liability statement. I have jumped on it with my kids, putting the weight around 300 lbs with no problem. Use common sense, but you can definitely go over 176 lbs.
