Grinder clogged

I bought it and every couple of days it would clog up. Reviews said not to use dark roast beans so I tried medium. It still clogged up. After a few weeks of unclogging I returned it to the store.

J'ai eu cette cafetière pour Noël. Vraiment déçu par le café vraimentnpeu corcé :/ Nous avons une autre cafetière d'une autre marque italienne. Abec le memecafé, impossible d'avoir autre chose qu'un café moyen. J'ai un peu tout essayé, monter la température de l'eau, broyage au petit chiffre, peu d'eau et c'est bof. J'en précise que j'ai grillé pas mal de café pr attendre le résultat à chaque fois. Je vais la ramener et partir sur une autre marque.
