Overall, we love this little machine.

I just bought it as a present for my daughter, as she asked for an espresso machine. What I like about it: 1. It doesn't occupy too much countertop space. 2. The coffee turns out to be good. 3. It can make me tea without having to boil water in a kettle. 4. It's pretty simple to use. What I don't like: 1. It's a bit noisy. 2. The stream of hot water for tea is tiny, so it takes quite some time to fill a cup.
