Planned obsolescence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this product is working fine, in exactly 2 years it will not work properly. I have purchased all models and it will not matter - they all stop functioning well after 2 years. So, why bother to spend more money on the expensive model?? Talk about planned obsolescence! Same on Phillips.

Poor quality

They do a great job cleaning your teeth but we have had to replace it every year because they break. One time they gave us a replacement at no cost but in the past five years we’ve purchased four. We use only the skincare brand toothbrush heads with it. The quality isn’t very good.
