Brighter than stock halogen but but only slightly

The image provided by CT are of the X-Treme Vision. I went to the store and they only had the Vision in stock. I picked up the Vision anyways to see if they would be better than the factory halogen. After installing them, you can tell that they're a slight step up in brightness but does not put out enough lumens. This is also due to the slight coating on the glass. I tried to return them but was told I was not able to because of the packaging. Only gave this a two star as it's only a step up in light output.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Honest mistake?

I went to a store specifically for this product. I purchased 2 items thinking that I would get 4 bulbs as it clearly stated "2-pk" and "includes 2 bulbs". Well, it only contained 1 bulb each. I feel very disappointed although I'm happy with the brightness of the product.
