I've always used phillips shavers and so did my dad, we both had the original series one
For years, so i thought get a up to date one, I'll be honest its not a close shave as my original one
But it will do, thats why i gave it only 4 star..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an electric razor because it was suggested that by my physician. I was recently diagnosed with bone marrow cancer and was starting a chemotherapy program that would drastically lower immune system response to infections. Shaving nicks could introduce infection opportunities. The Norelco has given me good shaves and I have had no cuts or abrasions since I've used it. I charge the shaver once per week. The only recommendation I would suggest is to improve shaving ability dlose to your nowe and sideburns.

Whichever adapter you choose to charge the Philips Norelco Shaver S3144/00, ensure that it meets the requirements below (this information will usually be printed on the adapter itself). Input voltage: 100-240V ~ 50/60Hz. Output voltage: 5V. Power output: 1A or higher. Water tightness: IPX4* for moist environments.
