Excellent- 2-sided de-matting comb.

This pet de-matting comb was very effective at removing mats from my cat’s fur. It has 2 sides - one to start loosening , 2nd to clean it out completely. Very sturdy and well-made.

Pricey, but worth it. My senior cats aren’t self-grooming as well and their matting fur is a problem. After reading several product reviews, I decided to get this - and honestly, I wish I had bought it 10 yrs ago. Utterly fantastic! A few brush strokes renders handfuls of fur & clears out the downy undercoat. I “built” a kitten on the first day using it… no exaggeration. The blades easily slice through the matted fur without tearing, and the cats are not stressed or agitated. Especially effective on my long-haired cat, but works equally well on my short-haired cat. Totally satisfied with this product. Will buy another once/if the blades dull…

Do not use near face!!

DO NOT USE NEAR FACE! We just came back from the ER VET because my dog turned her head when I was brushing by her face and it caught the waterline of her eye and tore it open. She will heal, and thank God it didn’t hit her eye. I’ve used this brush for a few years and it works great for getting tangles out. But do not use it near the face. Learn from my mistake it can be very dangerous
