I bought this fountain 6 months ago. The filters that came with the fountain worked. Now I bought these replacement filters , and after a day, the water and the filter turned brown and slimy. Deep cleaned the fountain and tried a new filter. Same issue. Tried again, same issue. No contact info for customer support
