The Pelican Vesta kayak paddle offers improved quality at a great price for low-angle paddlers. Low-angle paddling reduces shoulder fatigue and helps you cover greater distances with less effort. The 2-piece aluminum shaft with push button system makes it easy to store and transport your paddle. Fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene blades with a 0/65° blade angle adjustment provides a more efficient and comfortable paddling experience for occasional and long-distance paddlers.

Like the design, less dripping from paddle to kayak. Solid, thicker handle/bar, nice powder coat finish. I little pricey at $40 more than a less well designed version but hope it's worth it in the long run.

Q: Re: #079-2070-4 Pelican Vesta kayak paddle. Your site says contradictory info. Weight is listed as 34.7 oz / 0.985 kg in your photos but then as 2.93 lb /1.33 kg in your features. Length is listed as 90.5 in. / 230 cm but then as 89 in./226 cm.
