Been out a few times now. I bought a trolling motor and a few other goodies. The good: very sturdy, seat is comfy, 360 seat is a great feature, standup fishing is easy, great motor mount, plenty of mounting rails, and lots of room. Cons: bottom is pretty soft, seat straps don’t stay tight so you’re always leaned back, drain plugs don’t stay in the holes, battery cover is flimsy and cheap, most carts don’t work with this model, and the boat tracks terribly. Overall I would have gone with a different model after using this kayak a few times. I bought this because there was no availability on a good pedal drive. I will probably sell this and get something different. It works but doesn’t feel like it’s made strong.

Fantastic Fishing Kayak!

Tons of fun. Room for me to go out fishing with my kids (13 and 5). The seat is very comfortable (6’5” / 240lbs) and it’s easy to load on the car. Only downside is that it is a bit wide for paddling and doesn’t track as well as a sit in kayak. Looking forward to trying out a 2.5hp Yamaha motor!
