Looks nice but..................

I have two of these faucets in my home that was brand new a year ago. Both shower handles have lost their index buttons due to breaking.(The legs that hold the index buttons in have broken) Faucets work really well but it would be nice if you could purchase just the index buttons without having to purchase an entire handle.

Handle broke

Moved into our new house 1 year ago. Last night the handle to the valve broke off. Threading is poor and will not screw back securely into place.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Looks very nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this product by the TryIt Sampling Community to used and review. My husband is the DIYer in the family, so I had never heard of this brand name and had my doubts. We were both eager to install and use it right away. He was a bit disappointed that the valve was not included and had to buy it separately. After that, he installed all parts with no problems. We we impressed at the sturdiness and weight of each piece. It all looked great and was a very welcomed upgrade to our bathroom. The parts are intuitive to use and neither of us had any problems. The pressure was good and we are happy with the final outcome. I would recommend this product but just be aware of the extra expense involved before purchasing.

Great Product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this new shower set! It was easy to Install and the shower head has a wide mouth for the water to come out! It has a touch clean for the spray holes which I really like also. Happy we got this it just fits perfectly in our bathroom.
