We've had this faucet for around 6 or 7 years, without a problem until recently when it started visibly leaking from the seam between the rotating body and the base. Just a few drops when moving the faucet side-to-side, but also leaking down into the cabinet. Not good! Checking the cartridge, cleaning and re-tightening everything didn't help. It was leaking from the housing, *below* the cartridge. I replaced the unit today with a Moen for big bux and will probably try and find the source of that leak on the workbench.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The faucet looked nice but will leaked after 5 year, damaging floor and cabinets

This faucet looked nice and functioned wonderfully, and the value is great if you buy on sale.
However, it stated leaking after 5 years of gentle use.
We did not notice the leak before it was too late, damaging floor and cabinets.
The price was great, but now have to spend 10 times more repairing floor basement ceiling ...
Good luck calling the Massco/Peerless customer service. Yesterday spent over 1 hour 15 min and then call got disconnected. Today their CS line is closed 9am due to higher than call volume (wow), so I have no functional faucet in kitchen and over $500 damage, and wait hours on the phone and wait days/week for replacement under lifetime warranty.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a long term faucet!

Cheaply made. Get it on sale only!
I like this faucet, but I bought it on sale in 2015. The soap dispenser stopped working after 4 months. It has just started leaking from the hose and that is a huge problem as the water ran down the hose into the cabinet and flooded it. It has a lifetime warranty but that will take time and you need a receipt which I don't have. I would be pretty upset if I paid the full price. I will not be buying this again.

Q: Warranty info on a tap I purchased this Peerless tap and the top button is not working to switch from stream to spray. Is says lifetime warranty so can I just take the tap back to the store. Do I have to have a box and receipt?

A: You might be able to cut off the bottom part of the dispenser so the top just sits there as a decoration. (You may need to glue it in place if the bottom is what was holding it to the plate.) But it would probably be easier to just drill a hole in the counter (if it's not stone) and install it normally, and then you get the functionality as well.

Q: Mine has started to drip from the faucet. I bought Plumbshop Single Lever Repair Kit Product #63-4063-6 but it doesn't seem to be the right product. When I take the faucet apart it looks more like a cartridge where you can't replace the parts.

Q: How to fix the cover & pump of the soap dispensor with the bottle ? Peerless Single Handle Kitchen Pull-Out Faucet Product #63-3355-8 The cover of the soap dispenser with the pump is just sitting on the bottle. It moves freely and can be pulled out with pump easily.
