Q: Would a silicone sealant work to stop from peeling? Spray adhesives do not work.

A: Please contact us at 844-264-7377 so that we can assist you. Sealant should be used only for sealing the borders. Please ensure the tiles were not installed on freshly painted walls.

Q: these tiles look metallic but are they really and can they be cut to fit? I want to use them as a back splash around my kitchen counter top. I would like to know if they can be cut and if so what sort of tool is required.

A: They cut very easily with a utility knife (X-Acto knife). Be sure to use a cutting board and ruler to cut straight. Let us know if you have any other installation questions - 844-264-7377

Q: Can this product adhere to existing tile or other surfaces other than drywall?

A: It can absolutely adhere to ANY flat dry surface. This includes existing tiles, drywall or painted walls (Wait at least 6 weeks so that paint is fully cured). Make sure to clean the wall first. Call us at 844-264-7377 should you have any further questions.

Q: Are the tiles removable without damaging the wall?

A: They are easily removed. To remove you must apply heat to the tile (recommend using a blow dryer). This will soften the adhesive on the back and can then be peeled off. Should the tile be on the wall for more than 6 months, some paint may be removed with the tile, but should not damage wall if the heat solution is used.
