I couldn't have imagined a more perfect solution to my limited balcony space. I bought this a few years ago and it stays on my balcony year round, the construction is solid, and it cleans up easily. My only complaint is that my balcony has limited depth and I wish this opened at a lower level, but it's not a criticism, just a specific need that is difficult to fit. Anyway, no real value in commenting on it now, but in case someone is considering it from another store, I'd definitely recommend it.
