Bad product and bad customer service

I had this shipped to me and the water can was not sealed properly leaked terribly so i returned it in person and the ones in the store looked the same. I ask for a refund but they would not refund the shipping and rudely said i would have to contact head office about it. I will never order from Canadian Tire again.
