Excellent for jerky.

I used this for making jerky on my smoker. I sprayed it with cooking spray before putting the raw jerky on it. The square mesh is nice because the smaller pieces of meat don't fall through it. It cleaned up quite easily in the sink with some Dawn dishsoap.
