    Don’t hesitate to purchase this knife. It is phenomenal quality, so sharp and has an excellent handle/grip. I purchased the smaller size first and have been using it for two years. I cook all the time, constantly chopping. Great value for the price.

    Doesn’t keep its edge

    Purchased this for normal kitchen use at Christmas ‘23. It hasn’t been 30 days yet and this knife will not cut an apple easily. I have to say I’m disappointed. I do expect to sharpen a knife, but not after 25 days if light use and never used on a hard surface.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    I have had this knife for a couple of years and as long as you keep it sharp and look after it, it works like a charm. It is comparable to a $300.00 knife. I love it so much I bought one for my granddaughter’s Christmas.
