A: They do scratch lightly over time. Just don't use metal utensils etc to stir or scoop out food

Q: is the non-stick capability of this pan recommended for use in making scrambled eggs at the medium heat level on the stove? Will the egg stick to the pan once cooked?

A: Unlikely and I wouldn’t advise. It’s coated metal, which is unsafe to use in a microwave.

Q: Love my frying pan from the Canadian series. Does this classic series uses the same non-stick coating as the Canadian series? Are they comparable in their non-stick performance? And is this pot dishwasher safe?

A: Thank you for your prior purchase of the Canadian Signature series fry pan. We are happy to hear that you are so pleased with it. That pan uses a non-stick coating which is designed to provide the ultimate food release (ie non-stick performance). The Classic series pan uses a different coating designed more for durability and resistance to abrasion. It also provides good non-stock property, but not quite as good as the Signature as it is designed more with longevity as the primary goal. The Classic series product is not dishwasher safe, while the Canadian Signature series is. Thank you
