This thing is very heavy. Two hands heavy. But it also means no warping, or inconsistent cooking. The glass lid is very well made and fits perfectly without scratching or damaging the non-stick finish. This is the second Paderno pan I have bought in their higher end series. I have the same width, shallow fry pan. Noting the lid for this fits the shallower pan perfectly as well. I love everything about their signature line and will keep collecting more over time.

A: Yes, I use it on induction. However this pan needs to be on slightly lower temperature then my old pan as it seems to heat up faster and more evenly.
