Not impressed
I was given this set as a Christmas gift last year. I thought they were beautiful and I looked forward to displaying them when not in use. But the minute they were used, they discolored. They are hard to clean and spotted. Really wanted to support a Canadian company but these are disappointing.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this a month ago after reading the bad and good reviews. I just wanted to point out two things on this product.
when you keep it on high heat on flat top stove, the pot dented ( caved in) due to heat, i have pots at home which didn't cave in.
The lip ( edge of the pan) of the pan is not designed to pour liquid out to a serving dish. The lip of the pan need to be re designed to pour.
Not complaining on the product since I bought it on recent clearance sale.
Hope this helps the manufaturer to adjust the future productions.
Cheers,
Yes, I recommend this product.

I cannot give a review at all right now because we are just taking the set with us when we move. It is not being opened to use. However, it's good and solid and heavy and beautiful, so we are very much looking forward to using it!!

Q: Can you wash the tarnished stains etc on the Paderno copper cookware using salt and vinegar as described in some videos on cleaning copper pan? If not, how can you get the tarnished stains off?

A: Hello Sara,
thank you for your inquiry. We recommend using a cleaner for copper cookware. or if you would prefer a DIY method: wash the copper exterior in mild dish soap and warm water; create a mixture of vinegar and table salt 4TB salt to 1/3c of vinegar; dampen a soft cloth and gently rub on cookware; rinse with warm water; clean with mild soap and warm water; then dry thoroughly.
