You can make some of your favourite deep fried foods right at home with this PADERNO Auto-Drain Deep Fryer. It has an automatic oil drainage that sends the oil into an internal reservoir once it's cool enough, making cleanup a breeze. Choose from four temperature settings to find the one that perfectly complements your dish, and enjoy the sizable 3.5L (0.9 US gal) of cooking oil, which allows you to cook for the whole family at once. The oil reservoir is removable and can be placed in the dishwasher for simple cleaning. This stainless steel deep fryer features a sleek black exterior, allowing it to easily coordinate with modern appliances while also maintaining a simplicity in its appearance that goes with almost any décor. The secret-until-lit feature furthers its chic appearance. The digital screen is bright and easy to read when being used, but disappears and looks like a sleek black surface when the controls are not in use. Safety is added by a breakaway safety cord, which detaches from the appliance if pulled, so there are fewer chances of spilled oil.
