Pretty Color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the aqua blue color, it is very pretty and vibrant. I used the skillet to cook several different items. It is the perfect size for grilled cheese sandwiches. Instead of butter I used a tiny bit of mayonnaise on both sides. It gives the bread a buttery flavor(trust me). I also used it to scramble a couple of eggs. I did not use any kind of butter or oil. If you cook the eggs slowly on medium or lower they will not stick. Obviously if your pan is too hot anything will stick or burn. I also used the pan to caramelize onions and peppers. The pan was very easy to clean afterwards. I think if you are cooking meat or something similar you do need some kind of oil. I sautéed some shrimp with nothing and I believe it was missing oil. Even if you don't actually put in the pan, toss the meat or vegetables in something. Overall I love this pan for cooking small quantities since I cook for one.

The blue and gray look really good together. 2) It’s lightweight. 3) It’s very easy to clean. 4) Pro/con: You can cook without oil. I cooked eggs, but it wasn’t as easy as I thought it was going to be. It still stuck and I had to scrap pretty hard. Cons: None other than the still con listed above. Overall, this is a pretty nice pan. I do recommend

The nonstick surface is great for cooking healthier and makes cleaning a breeze after. Overall amazing quality that works exactly as described.
