Les produit Alcan sont beaucoup plus solide que les autres marques et ne se déchire pas facilement. Ils sont un peu plus cher mais ça vaut la peine car ils recouvre bien les plats que l’ont met au four. Je m’en sert aussi pour mes papillotte car je suis certaine qu’ils ne se déchireront pas pendant la cuisson et gardera mes aliment juteux comme les légumes ou mon poulet en papillotte.
