Bought two. One does not work.

Bought two. One seems to work. Other does not. Green light comes on to show it is charged. I try to switch it on. It won’t switch on. Recheck charge and light is red. I am not trusting the one that works will continue to operate properly.

Worked until I charged it

It worked OK when I bought it. When I recharged it, it would only work in the ON position. AUTO didn't work. I returned it. The idea is a good one, but I'm afraid the product leaves a lot to be desired. I wrote to the given email address, thinking maybe I was doing something wrong, but I haven't had a reply
